What should I do if my payment is not completed?

If your payment through Cryptomus has not been transferred to the target account, please contact our support team and provide the following information to help resolve the issue:

  1. The wallet address where the funds were sent.
  2. The transaction ID (txID), which can be found in the wallet or exchange from which the payment was made, or a direct link to the blockchain explorer.

Our team will investigate the reason for the incomplete transaction and assist you in resolving the problem.
