What should I do if my invoice is unpaid or the payment is incomplete (underpaid)?

If an issued invoice is not paid in full, you will not receive the complete payment amount specified in the invoice. This may happen if the buyer did not account for the wallet/exchange or blockchain network fee when sending the payment.

If your service is integrated via API, you have the option to add a surcharge to the account. The customer must pay the remaining balance of the invoice to complete the transaction. However, if the invoice was created, but the customer did not pay it in full, you won't be able to collect the surcharge, but you can return the customer’s funds. To do this, enter the wallet address and select whether to charge the transaction fee to your account or the customer's.
