What happens if I overpay or underpay?

If the full amount is not paid (underpaid), the specified payment amount will not be received. This can occur if the wallet, exchange, or blockchain network fee wasn’t included in the payment. In such cases, the funds will still be credited to the store balance. You can send the remaining amount to the same address if the invoice has not yet expired. However, if it has expired, please contact the seller's support team with your order number and a message regarding the incomplete payment.

If you overpaid, please contact the seller's support team with your order number and a message stating that you have overpaid. The seller will issue a refund.
