What to do if my funds have been frozen?

If your funds have been frozen, please contact our AML team at [email protected]. You’ll need to provide detailed information about the source of the funds involved in the transaction so our AML-officers can review it. Once we receive your documents, an investigation will be conducted to verify the legitimacy of the funds, and if everything is fine, the funds will be unblocked.
