Cryptomus FAQ

There are two ways to get the token:

1. Awards

   In the Awards section of the website you could collect CRMS as a reward for completing simple tasks

2. Cashback

   Pay for goods and services from our partners using Cryptomus Wallet and get cash back in CRMS. It's possible to authorise directly on a payment page.

You can use any crypto wallet that supports tokens on the Polygon network. For example, Trust Wallet or MetaMask.

It will appear in your wallet after you have added the contract.

Yes, to do this you need to add the token to a wallet that is supported by Uniswap.

1. In the Personal wallet click on “Withdrawal” button.

   

2. In the drop-down menu "Select wallet" find and select CRMS.

   

3. In the field "CRMS wallet address" the address of the wallet created in Trust Wallet.

   

4. Leave the network "Polygon ERC-20" and enter the amount of CRMS to withdraw or click on the button "Send All".

   

5. Click "Withdraw".

   

6. Next click "Confirm" and enter the 2FA code.

   

7. You have successfully sent CRMS to Trust Wallet.

   

8. Wait for notification from Cryptomus Telegram Account bot that the withdrawal was successful.

   

1. Go to app.uniswap.org and in the top right corner find the "Connect" button.

   

2. Choose the Wallet connect method.

   

3. Scan the QR code in your Trust Wallet, thus authorizing on Uniswap.

   

4. After authorization in the upper right corner find the address of your wallet and click on it.

   

5. In the menu, open the hidden token list and find CRMS and click on the token.

   

6. Next click "Connect to Polygon".

   

7. Select USDT for swap pair and enter the amount of CRMS we want to swap and click "Swap".

   

8. Next, confirm the swap by clicking on "Confirm swap".

   

9. After confirming the swap, in Trust Wallet make payment of the network commission, necessary confirmations, as a result on Uniswap we will receive a notification about successful exchange of CRMS to USDT.

   

10. Trust Wallet may not display the amount of USDT you received when exchanging CRMS. If so, you need to switch on the display of USDT of Polygon network for the balance to appear in your personal cabinet of Trust Wallet.
