How to get payment notifications?
We have made it possible for you to configure the settings for receiving notifications the way you like.
You can receive notifications about incoming payments to your email and Telegram account. To enable this, go to Settings > Notifications.
You have a wide choice of where and what kind of notifications you want to receive.
We have two bots for receiving notifications on a Telegram account:
Cryptomus Official Account Bot notifies you when you log in to your account, helps you to change your password, Email address, or phone number, create a new API key for payment or create a new project (Merchant).
Cryptomus Merchant Bot notifies you about the new transactions, successfully paid invoices, new payments, errors and creation of a new payment API key.
Go to Settings > Notifications and click on the button next to the Telegram Notifications option. Then you will get a pop-up window where you have to click the "Send message" button. After that, be sure to press the "Start" button in Telegram to make the notifications work. We recommend that you connect both bots so that you do not miss anything.
