What happens if someone tries to hack my account?

Don't worry, there is a fraud system in place to protect users from hacking.

For added security, after changing your password, email address, phone number, or API key, the fraud system prohibits withdrawals for 24 hours.

To minimize the chance of an unauthorized person gaining access to your wallet, the session will be reset and the account will be logged out after six hours of inactivity if the PIN code is not enabled.

You can also enable the PIN code in the settings. This feature requests you to enter the code you set after 15 minutes of inactivity.

In order to set up a PIN code:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Security and click Add to enable a PIN code;

  2. Set the four-digit code, then confirm it by entering it again;

  3. Confirm the PIN code set up by going through 2FA authentication;

  4. Done! Your account is now even more secure.
