What happens if someone tries to hack my account?

Don't worry, we have a fraud detection system in place to protect users from unauthorized access.

For added security, after changing your password, email, phone number, or API key, withdrawals will be blocked for 24 hours.

To further minimize unauthorized access, if there’s no activity for six hours and the PIN code is not enabled, your session will be reset, and your account will be logged out.

You can enable the PIN code in Settings, which requires you to enter a PIN after 15 minutes of inactivity.

In order to set up a PIN code:

  1. Go to Overview > Settings > Security and click the toggle to enable the PIN code feature. hack-my-account-1
