Cryptomus: Mercuryo has successfully secured collaborations with prominent crypto exchanges. How did the company achieve this notable feat?
Mercuryo: It wasn't an overnight success, but Mercuryo has secured collaborations with prominent crypto exchanges. In 2018, the company launched a B2C crypto wallet, simplifying the process of buying crypto with bank cards. As the industry rapidly grew, Mercuryo began offering this product to other businesses. This led to partnerships with over 200 leading industry companies, including Trust Wallet, MetaMask, and Ledger, thereby diversifying and expanding its product offerings.
Cryptomus: The crypto processing payment technology market is highly bustling these days. What's your unique approach compared to other projects?
Mercuryo: Mercuryo places significant emphasis on end-user experience. This focus brings value to B2B partners by enabling faster, easier customer onboarding in more countries and in the most seamless manner possible. This approach benefits users and ensures client retention. As part of this strategy, Mercuryo is actively working on global licensing and partnerships to ensure compliance and offer optimal solutions for each region.
Cryptomus: What about security? What measure do you provide against scams?
Mercuryo: Mercuryo employs robust anti-fraud systems, transaction monitoring, and strict adherence to regulatory guidelines. In-house compliance teams conduct frequent evaluations of merchants and partners, engage in fraud monitoring, blockchain analytics, and maintain PCI DSS standards compliance. Additionally, KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures are implemented for customers.

Mercuryo: Mercuryo is continuously enhancing its products and will soon announce new offerings. These updates aim to facilitate further integration and customer retention. Additionally, the company consistently prioritizes expanding the range and quality of its payment solutions.
Cryptomus: Do you offer any referral programs for your clients?
Mercuryo: Mercuryo's shift toward a B2B focus ended the active development of the referral program. Given the company's current direction, this question might be less relevant.
