Cryptomus Coding Competition Rules

  1. The Cryptomus Coding Competition ("Competition") is organized by Cryptomus ("Organizer").
  2. NOMINATIONS
    1. Competition has two Nominations: Plugin and Integration.
      1. The Plugin Nomination is divided into 5 categories: Drupal, Sitecore, Elementor, ECShop, Zen Cart.
      2. The Plugin Nomination implies the provision of the code for one of the proposed categories.
    2. The Integration Nomination requires the best use of the Cryptomus service on the platform on which your business operates.
  3. ENROLLMENT
    1. Participating in the Competition is free.
    2. Competition opens for submissions on 1 April.
    3. Competition submission time ends on 30 April at 23:59:59 (UTC-7)
    4. Organizer reserves the right to change the opening and closing times.
    5. The Participant fills up all required submission forms with genuine information.
    6. The Participant agrees that information on the enrolment form can be forwarded to 3rd parties as it is required to fulfill the Competition and Award Category processes.
    7. Organizer reserves the right to refuse an application from any Nomination at any point for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent participation information, inappropriate or unsuitable content, missing crucial submission information or content, or any other breach of these Rules or the general Terms of Service by the participant.
    8. The number of applications from one participant is unlimited.
    9. By registering for the competition, the participant allows the Organizer to contact the participant via Email/Telegram/WhatsApp about matters related to the competition.
    10. By registering for the competition, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted these rules and regulations.
  4. PRIZES
    1. The winner in each category of the Plugin Nomination and the winner of the Integration Nomination will receive a prize of 500 USDT.
    2. The winning amount will be credited to the Cryptomus Wallet after the results get announced.
    3. Organizer reserves the right to change the rewards in any category. opens for submissions on March 27th.
  5. GENERAL
    1. Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these rules. As a participant, it is your responsibility to stay up to date with these rules and any possible changes.
    2. If the Organizer can't reach a winning participant within a considerable time, determined by the Organizer, or a winning participant is disqualified for any other reason, the Organizer can either promote the next runner-up participant to receive the reward, or leave the reward unallocated.
    3. In case of winning, the Participant is responsible for any taxes, duties or other charges applied to their prizes in accordance with local laws.
    4. Organizer is not responsible for any neglect, ommission, or failure to deliver on promises or responsibilities made to participants or other users directly, or via Organizer by sponsors, or other 3rd parties.
  6. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

    "Confidential Information" means all information (oral or recorded on any medium) that is not public. It can be related to business, employees, intellectual property, technical data, developments, formulas, products, research activities.

    The Organizer and the Participant (hereinafter referred to as the Parties) shall keep and ensure the secrecy and confidentiality of all Information belonging to the other Party, disclosed or obtained as a result of the Parties' relations under this Agreement, and shall not be used or disclosed, except for the proper execution of this Agreement or with the prior written consent of the other Party.

    In the case of disclosure of information to any person, it must be done in compliance with obligations equivalent to those set out in this Agreement. Each Party shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that any person complies with such obligations.
    Each Party is responsible to the other Party for any disclosure or using such Confidential Information by the person to whom it was disclosed.
    The confidential obligations are provided for in this paragraph do not apply to any information that one of the Parties can prove:
    is in the public domain or has become part of it, except for a result of unauthorized disclosure by the Disclosing Party; or was in its written documents prior to the date of disclosure by the Disclosing Party; or was independently disclosed by a Third Party entitled to disclosure; or disclosure is required under any Applicable Law or by a court, government authority or an authority of competent jurisdiction.

  7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    The Participant agrees to transfer the intellectual property rights to the Organizer resulting from the intellectual activity of the Participant within the framework of this agreement. The Participant waives any further claims against the Organizer in respect of the Participant's intellectual property from the moment the Participant transfers it to the Organizer.
