What should I do if the invoice is not paid in full?

If the issued invoice is not paid in full, the full payment amount specified in the invoice will not be received. This may be because the buyer did not include the wallet/exchange or blockchain network fee when sending the payment

You have the ability to add a surcharge to the account if the service is integrated via API. The customer must pay the balance of the invoice to complete the transaction. If the invoice was created but the customer didn't pay it in full, you won't be able to get the surcharge, but you can return the customer's funds. Enter the wallet address and check/uncheck to specify whose account will be charged the transaction fee
