What are the advantages of Cryptomus service?

Cryptoprocessing Cryptomus is notable for simplicity of registration free of KYC, convenience of use, wide functionality, fast client support for users from any country in the world.

What currencies does your service support?

At the moment we accept the following cryptocurrencies and stabelcoins: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Tether (USDT;TRC-20;ERC-20), Tron (TRX) and DASH. The list of available currencies for payment acceptance is constantly growing.

Do I have to go through KYC?

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the procedure of merchant identification before granting full access to the service. No KYC procedure is required to use Cryptomus, as the service is a technical platform for developers, which provides a convenient interface to automate work with cryptocurrency.

What kinds of businesses do you connect?

Cryptocurrency processing Cryptomus can be connected to a project in almost any niche except for prohibited ones (sale of weapons, drugs, etc.). If your business is legitimate and involves accepting payments, you can use our cryptoprocessing. However, we reserve the right to refuse to use the service at any time in our sole discretion.

What are your service's commissions?

Cryptomus service charge a withdrawal commission only for processing incoming payments. The amount of commission depends on your turnover. You can learn more about commissions by following this link. Or, contact our support service at the website or via Telegram and we will provide you with the most favorable conditions for your business!

For the customer the service commission is also 0% (only the blockchain network commission is charged).

What are the minimum / maximum payment amounts for your service?

For which CMS are there pre-made modules?

You can find the list of all pre-made modules available for integration with CMS in the Plugins section. At this moment modules.

Where can I find documentation and options for integrating your service into my project?

How to take part in the partner program?

In order to receive an affiliate link you have to register your personal account and go to the section "Referral system" in your account settings. Read more about the partner program on the page.

What should I do if I can't find an answer to my question?

Convert

This is an instrument that allows you to convert one currency to another.
Log in to your Cryptomus account and go to your personal wallet.

  • Market* - Converts at the current market price.
  • Limit* - Converts at the limit price you set (set the desired price and wait for your funds to be converted).

Go to the Market tab and choose the cryptocurrency you want to convert. Enter the desired amount or click on Convert All and the system will automatically give you the maximum amount available. Next, choose the currency you want to get and press Convert.

In the field Set limit price set the exchange rate and the duration of the application.

You can view the history of performed conversions in Convert history.

Staking

Log in to your personal account, then tab ***Personal wallet.** In the right menu open the list of balances of all coins, there you can see what coins are now available for staking. Click on the staking icon to begin.

At the top of the staking page, you can see your wallet balance.
Enter the amount you want to stake starting at 10 TRX. You can also click Send All and the system will automatically fill in all the amounts available for you.

  1. Choose a coin you want to stake
  2. Enter the desired amount (within your wallet balance)
  3. Choose a validator (from available so far Binance)
  4. Automatically the term is set for a year (you always have an opportunity to withdraw your money but only after 3 days)
To collect your reward and finish staking you can go to the tab Stake History.

Spot trading

Spot trading is now available in your personal wallet.
To switch to spot trading, go to your personal wallet and select the Convert tab.

Next, go to the Spot section.

  1. Market is a basic market order that allows you to execute a trade at the current market price. To execute a trade, select the asset and the desired trade volume.
  2. Limit is a limit order that allows you to specify the price and volume of the trade. The order will be executed only when the rate reaches the price (limit) set by you.

The Order History tab allows you to view and sort old orders by transaction method and order status.
